5 Classifications 
1. Decaying or decomposing bones before rock forms around them.
2. The sticky sap that falls from trees trapping an insect of something in it that can't get out.
3.Rock forming minerals.
4. Plants or insects or other things get buried in mud or other sediments.
5.   Trace fossils are the impressions of an animal or something left in rock
